Then it looks like we need an ALC person who can enroll the students, place them 
in classes. I do not mind helping to decide if there is an established bus route 
close enough. The ALC someone needs to contact transportation to set up a new 
spot.

The lines of responsibility are very blurry and I feel like ALC should be 
covering these duties.
